Ingredients

1 lb. ground organic chicken
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
Ground chicken meatballs that are simple to make, but also pack a lot of flavor.

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray.
2.Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
3.Roll the mixture into about 15 - 20 small balls. Place on baking sheet.
4.Bake for approx. 25 - 30 minutes, rotating balls about halfway through.

A perfect dish for an easy dinner or weekly meal prep.
