2 avocados, halved and seeded
2 large eggs
Kosher salt
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
This spin on the classic egg-in-a-hole is sure to brighten up your morning routine.

Instructions

1.Cut two avocados in half and carefully remove pits. Hollow the middle of both with a paring knife.
2.In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
3.Place the hollowed avocados in the skillet and crack one egg into each of them, seasoning with salt and pepper.
4.Cover the skillet and cook eggs until preferred done-ness, then sprinkle cheddar cheese.
