| 1 lb. ground organic chicken | |
| 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs | |
| 1/2 cup grated parmesan | |
| 2 tbsp. olive oil | |
| 1 tsp. salt | |
| 1 tsp. pepper | |
| 1/2 tsp. garlic powder | |
| 1 egg |
Ground chicken meatballs that are simple to make, but also pack a lot of flavor.
| 1. | Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray. |
| 2. | Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. |
| 3. | Roll the mixture into about 15 - 20 small balls. Place on baking sheet. |
| 4. | Bake for approx. 25 - 30 minutes, rotating balls about halfway through. |
