A dinner to look forward to…

| 3-4 sprigs of thyme | |
| 1 tbsp brown sugar | |
| 1 tsp paprika | |
| 1 tbsp butter | |
| 1/4 cup Makers Mark | |
| 2 brown eggs | |
| Pinch of Kosher salt | |
| Pinch of black pepper |
If you're looking for an ideal meal after a long day, you've found your match.
| 1. | Combine salt, pepper, paprika, brown sugar into a bowl. |
| 2. | Rub this mixture evenly over the chops. |
| 3. | Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. |
| 4. | Add pork chops and cook until brown, approx. 5 minutes. |
| 5. | Flip chops and cook until brown on second side, approx. 4 minutes. |
| 6. | Add Makers to skillet. |
| 7. | Continue to cook until liquid becomes a glaze, approx. 3 minutes. |
| 8. | Remove chops, place on plate and drizzle any extra glaze. |
| 9. | Take a small skillet, heat on high. |
| 10. | Add a dash of olive oil. |
| 11. | Crack an egg into the skillet. |
| 12. | Let fry for about 4 min. for sunny-side up. Whites should be cooked, but yolks still runny. |
| 13. | Repeat for second egg. Place on top of chops. |
