Baked Penne Pasta with Meatballs

Ingredients

8 ounces whole wheat penne pasta
2 cups milk
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.Mix all ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish and then cover the dish snuggly with foil.
3.Bake for 35 - 45 minutes.
4.Very carefully remove from oven. Toss spinach and parmesan cheese on top. Broil for 2 minutes to brown.
